Since I was a little girl the world told me I was ugly and fat, but those words only fueled my determination to prove society wrong. I’ve had my share of challenges, starting as a single mother at just 13. I refused to let judgment and societal expectations define me. Instead, I saw challenges as opportunities to grow stronger.
I worked hard, juggling college and high school simultaneously, and graduated with an Associates in Science and a high school diploma. My career in international business and human resources at UNT Dallas University. Despite the overwhelming responsibilities, I remained committed to my goals and never wavered in my determination to succeed.
My mother’s words about my body image added to the pressure of being a young mother, but I learned to find strength and self-acceptance within myself and from those who saw beyond appearances.
Colombian body perfection
Then, in 2021, during a trip to Colombia, I discovered Colombian girdles, which I began distributing. When they didn’t work as expected, I created my own designs and saw incredible changes in my body. It boosted my self-esteem, and I realized I didn’t need anyone else to define my beauty.
I shared this inspiration with others, and it felt incredible to help people boost their self-confidence and transform their lives. I built a team of skilled artisans, sourced quality Colombian fabrics, and perfected our girdles. Today, we offer authentic Colombian Shapewear that promotes body positivity.
